This policy describes data handling when you use Avenexi. It does not replace a tenant-specific notice or a third-party integration policy.

We handle only the data needed to operate your account, personalize the Career OS, and maintain security and reliability.

• goals, professional context, plans, and evidence you record;
• Mentor conversations and files you upload;
• technical usage, security, and performance data;
• subscription state; payments are processed by the payment provider.

We use this data to deliver requested features, preserve continuity between diagnosis and plan, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell personal data or present inferences as confirmed facts.

When you use an AI feature, the context needed to answer may be sent to the configured provider. Avenexi applies the limits, records, and preferences available in your account or tenant.

Do not submit secrets, credentials, or third-party data you are not authorized to share.

We share data with essential processors — such as hosting, authentication, observability, email, payments, and AI — only to provide the service. Optional integrations receive data when you connect or authorize them.

You can correct account data, remove available product records, and request access, portability, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained for security, legal obligations, and fraud prevention.

We apply tenant isolation, access control, and risk-proportionate practices, but no internet-connected system is risk-free.
